BENEFITS & RECIPES OF DETOX WATER
- Detoxification or detox is a process or period of time in which one abstains from or rids the body of toxic or unhealthy substances.
Benefit of detoxing the body:

-if you want to get a loss weight through detox, you need to eat a healthy food
also and no more junk food, carbonated drink.
2. Boost your energy
-By cutting out the sugar, caffeine, trans fat and replacing them with the fresh
fruits and vegetables, you'll be getting a natural energy boost.
3. Improved your skin
-One way to help your detoxing efforts is to take a sauna to help the body sweat
out additional toxins. Detoxing can help with acne , although the condition may
worsen before it gets better as the toxins are released.
4. Anti-aging
-if we are not detox our body, it can cause anti aging because of toxin. If you want
a youth skin, you should do a detox.
Ingredients:
3 slices of lemon
5 slices of cucumber
some fresh mint leaves
a filtered water
1. Mix all the ingredients in a jug or bottle and put in the fridge for 2/24 hourse.
2. Serve cold.
2. Blueberry + Orange
Ingredients:
6 cups water
2 mandarin oranges, cut into wedges
a handful of blueberries
1. Combine all ingredients in a water container or jug and put in the fridge for 2/24 hours to allow the water to infuse.
2. Serve cold
3. Strawberry + Lime + Cucumber + Mint
Ingredients:
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced cucumbers
2 limes, sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
ice cubes
plain water
1. In a half-gallon jar, layer the strawberries, cucumbers, lime slices, and mint leaves with the ice cubes.
2. Fill jar with the water. Let chill for 20 minutes, and then enjoy the taste of
detox water.
4. Apple + Cinnamon
Ingredients:
Thinly sliced one apple
One cinnamon stick
Plain water
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bottle, add some ice and fill the remaining bottle with water.
2. Store it in refrigerator and consume it within 24 hours.
5. Strawberry + Kiwi
Ingredients:
1/2 plain water
2 kiwis , sliced
6 strawberries, sliced
1. Mix all ingredients and keep chilled.
2. Allow the ingredients to chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
3. Discard after 24/48 hours or when fruit starts to taste bitter.
6. Watermelon + Mint
Ingredients:
plain water
part of 1 watermelon
a handful of fresh mint leaves
ice cubes
1. Slice up a good amount of watermelon into cubes , put and put them into jug.
2. Add a handful of fresh, fragrant, mind leaves and pour in 2 liters of cool water, filling the jug all the way to the top.
3. Let this sit overnight in the fridge and let all the yummy flavors steep and infuse the water.
